A scholarship worth of Rs. 25,000/- offered to a SLFUW hosteller, Miss. Heshani Wickramanayake who had been suffering from Scoliosis (spinal deformity) and currently on western and native treatment to correct it. Miss. Wickramanayake is an undergraduate of Faculty of Arts, University of Colombo. Scholarship was awarded to her by Dr. Udula Krishnaratne-President, Mrs. Savithri Jayasooriya-Chairperson of Scholarship Committee and Mr. Sarath Ekanayake, Managing Director of POP&Company.
