Notice is hereby given that the 82nd Annual General Meeting of the Sri Lanka Federation of University Women (SLFUW) as decided by the 10th Council meeting held on 13th October 2023, will be held on Saturday, 25th November 2023 at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will take place on a hybrid platform and the venue is the Sri Lanka Federation of University Women located at 96/25, Kithulwatta Road, Colombo 08.
- Resolutions duly proposed and seconded to be moved at the Annual General Meeting should be addressed to the Secretary and emailed to the Office (slfuwoffice@gmail.com) not later than 06th November 2023.
- Nominations for the election of Office bearers and Executive Council for the year 2023/2024 must be submitted to the SLFUW Office on or before 06th November 2023.
In view of the high cost of postage, communication to the membership is via e-mail, WhatsApp messages, and press notices. The nomination form is sent herewith. Members may request hard copies of nomination forms from the SLFUW Office on working days between 9.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.
You are kindly requested to confirm your participation at the AGM by sending a reply to this notice before 15th November 2023.
Your presence at the meeting is very much appreciated. Please note that a Zoom link will be provided for those who cannot attend physically.
